• Experience
• Karen is an audit partner in KPMGs Florida
  Business Unit. She started her career at KPMG in
  1987 and was promoted to partner in 1998. In
  2007, she became the Office Managing Partner of
  KPMGs Fort Lauderdale Office, with over 100
  profesionals. Over her 20 year career in audit
  and advisory, she has served various clients
  including public and private healthcare entities
  as well as the public services industry. Her
  specialties include financial statement audits
  and corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Karen has served as the Chairperson of KPMGs
  Network of Women (KNOW) in South Florida since
  its inception in 2005. The KNOW was developed to
  foster personal and professional growth. The
  objectives are to recognize and celebrate the
  contributions and success of women increase
  networking opportunities develop mentoring
  relationships highlight career and professional
  development opportunities and to provide a forum
  for women to share experiences and support each
  other.
• In addition, Karen serves on the KPMG Southeast
  Area Alumni Council.
