BRAC

• Base Realignment and Closure Act
• BRAC 2005 requires US Army Corps of Engineers to
  realign BRAC impacted organizations and missions
  to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) by September
  2011.

APG BRAC Program Overview

• Background
• Philadelphia District (NAP) supporting entire
  C4ISR program
• Baltimore District (NAB) supporting all other
  BRAC guidance at APG
• BRAC mandated moves MUST all be completed (fully
  mission capable) by September 2011 for Army to be
  in compliance with Congressionally mandated law.
