Program

revolving loan funds. - National competition for funds 750,000 (loan)
and 300,000 (grant) maximums.

of the service area must be below 31,707.

- The Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT)
Program is specifically designed to meet the
educational and health care needs of rural
America through the use of advanced
telecommunications technologies. - The DLT Program provides three kinds of financial
assistance, 100 Grant, Combination Loan-Grant,
and 100 Loan - To be eligible for a grant, your organization
must currently deliver or propose to deliver
distance learning or telemedicine services for
the term of the grant, be legally organized as an
incorporated organization or partnership.
