Two aspects necessary for Reconciliation
True Sorrow Not You just feel bad. Is Realize
you have sinned against infinite God / the
realization that you have caused damage to
yourself and others.
Resolve Not you think you will never do this
again. Is You desire to avoid committing same
offense / avoid near occasion of sin.
