  • MOOS was not part of the Stockholm conclusions,
    yet worked very well
  • We need a certain flexibility to react on new
    developments
  • The involvement in EU initiatives was challenging
    and required extensive learning beyond standard
    answers
  • We will have to redress our weaknesses and expect
    this Conference to give a fresh impetus
  • We have to expand our geographical reach
  • CEE, New Member States
  • Develop activities in UNI Regions, become global
    player
  • We need to adapt our structures to changing
    environments, technology and business models
