regarding child and family outcome GPRA
indicators used to assess program performance at
the Federal Level - Long-term support the development of State
early childhood outcome data collection used for
program improvement by States, local programs and
service providers

- Spring SPP/APR packages published for public
comment, including child and family outcomes - Summer OSEP finalizes SPP/APR packages,
including child and family outcomes - -Summer Institute
- -New GSEG competition announced
- Fall FAQs, Timelines, and Conference call
series - December SPPs due
- March 2006 new GSEGs awarded

- Percent of parents with a child receiving special
education services who report that schools
facilitated parent involvement as a means of
improving services and results for children with
disabilities.

report that early intervention services have

- Part C Conforming changes
- Currently Emergency clearance expires end of
July - Will request another emergency clearance and will
open for comment as part of clearance - Package will not become final until the Part C
regulations are final
