• Recognised by ECSA (Engineering Council of S.A.)

• PHASE 3
• Increases the EITs level of professional
  competence and autonomy
• At managements discretion, the trainee may be
  appointed to the position of project engineer
• Trainee will be required to complete more complex
  projects
• Acting in position for which the trainee is being
  developed
• Further formal training
• Formal panel interview to assess EITs technical,
  managerial, and practical capabilities before
  being considered for an engineer, or assistant
  production manager, position
