  • The main purpose of the Nursing Home Reform Law
    was to create a refocus on the importance of
    Residents Rights and what it does for the
    residents.
  • A facility must care for its residents in such a
    manner and in such an environment as will promote
    maintenance or enhancement of the quality of life
    of each resident.
