- White glue
- Newspaper
- Tissue paper
- White paper
- Candies or small treats and toys
- Balloon
- Bowl
- Paint

Blow the balloon up and tie it. Pour about a cup
of white glue into a bowl and add enough water to
make it creamy.

Take your newspaper and tear it up into strips
about 1-inch or less in width and about 6-8
inches long. Drag them through the glue and
plaster the balloon with the strips.You need to
build up about five or six layers of paper.
5Then
Once the layers are done, let the piñata dry
overnight. Then take a pin and push it through
the papier mache to pop the balloon inside. Now
youll need to put the candy in.

Cut a small hole out of one end of the piñata
and pour the candy in. Now, apply another layer
of glue and white paper. Let it dry overnight
before decorating with tissue paper and paint.
Use a needle and thread to string up the piñata.
7 A plain oval piñata is not very interesting, so
you can easily turn it into an animal or
something else.

8Star Cut five triangles out of cardboard and
tape them to the balloon. Then paste newspaper
strips on the triangles. Once its dry, you can
decorate it. Dog Tape four cardboard toilet
paper tubes to the bottom of the balloon for the
legs.Cut another tube in half for the neck and
tape it on the front of the piñata. Add a
styrofoam egg on top of the neck for the head and
paste paper strips on it. Add googly eyes, tissue
paper ears and twist a tissue paper tail. Fish
Cut a cardboard head out and tape it to one end
of the piñata. Cut a fish tail out and tape it to
the other end. As usual, cover the cut-outs with
paper strips. Finish it with paint or tissue
paper scales and add floaty tissue fins.
