- End users or reference staff may arrange to
search, find results and place requests for their
Interlibrary Loan Divisions to attend to - Smaller libraries with no Interlibrary Loan
Divisions can arrange the latter with bigger
libraries also - The document will then be requested through the
South African Interlending service (ReQuest) - This option is available once you have selected a
record and the record displays in the full
format. - You then click on the Request button on the
screen.

system will prompt you for a User ID and Password - This User ID and Password must be obtained from
your ILL department (ILL Dept must register the
patrons)

- All the appropriate fields must be completed
before the request may be submitted. - This request will now go to your institutions ILL
section and they will request the item on your
behalf.
