  to Xplore once the full editorial/production
  cycle, including author review of galley proofs,
  has been completed. (This process can take up to
  6 weeks.)
• Papers will be posted to Xplore in an "Accepted
  for Future Publication" section on the TMTT home
  page, without final pagination.
• Once the articles are gathered into an issue,
  pagination will be applied.
