• Dr. Perrie Adams, Associate Dean for Research, in
  conjunction with Dr. Charles Ginsburg, Associate
  Dean Southwestern Medical School implemented ERGO
• ERGO is a Web-based system that allows forms
  and/or grants to be submitted electronically
  through institutional processes.

ERGO cont.

• ERGO is a unique tool that faculty and staff use
  to create and organize grants electronically. 
  With this program, grants are electronically
  routed to the Office of Grants Management (OGM)
  for approval using a paperless workflow.  The
  process allows for an electronic signature rather
  than physically bringing paper applications to
  the OGM, in turn permitting more time for other
  research endeavors.
