How the World Cafe Works

• Each table is assigned one topic.
• From the first group that sits at each table, one
  person is chosen as host. This person remains at
  the table and records the discussions.
• After the first discussion ends, the guests go
  on to any table that they have not already
  visited.
• If a table fills, guest have to go elsewhere.
• At each round, the hosts review the prior
  discussion(s) for the new set of guests.
• After the rotations are completed, the hosts give
  the report-back to the whole group.
