SUMMARY
  • 80 of the work is in the mid-scale with FB and
    above properties
  • Mostly located in the Southwest, Northeast and
    Central regions
  • Mostly owner-initiated renovations of branded
    hotels with 3/4 of the renovations being
    softgoods only, and about 1/2 full renovations
  • Almost all the product coming from the US and
    Canada from a larger pool of resources
  • Experiencing vastly longer product lead times,
    and shorter project schedules, combined with
    significantly larger budgets
  • Nobody thinks business will decrease in 04
    compared to 03
