2Definition Characteristics
TM-XML is a Standard XML Vocabulary Defined for
the Exchange of Trade Mark Information between
Applications/Systems. It can also be used as a
Trade Mark e-Business Language or a Data
Reference Model through its Dictionary and
Structure. Main Characteristics Enabling
Interoperability and e-Business Extensible
Simple to Implement (Standard based, Industry
supported) Open Free
DS-XML is 100 based on TM-XML and is Developed
for the Design Domain.

only in an important major version with prior
notification and the impact on compatibility will
be documented.

The 2 websites are fully built in XML with XSLT
transformation. The pages are rendered in XHTML
on the Browser.
Ruby on Rails is under evaluation
Note Only the first page (index.html) is
pre-rendered with Saxon because most of web
robots including Google dont index and crawl yet
properly XML pages.
