FUNDAMENTALS

• In deciding what of the practices of the early
  church is bound on us there are some fundamental
  questions to consider.
• Was it bound on them? If it was incidental to
  them it isnt bound on us! Illustration of

Right and Wrong

• If a thing was right for them in the first
  century, is it right for us? Depends on the
  reason it was right.
• If a thing was wrong for them is it wrong for us?
  Depends on the reason it was wrong.
• Some things that arent wrong arent wise
• Does it help, edify or glorify God?
• How will it influence others? I Corinthians 813

Do all in His name

• As you go
• Make disciples of all nations
• Baptizing them into the name of the Father, Son
  and Holy Spirit
• Teach them to observe all commanded
• The Lord will be with us.

The Great Commandment

  being.

The Great Search

• John 423,24 Hebrew 1024,25
• God is Spirit. He searches for people who will
  worship Him in spirit and in truth.
• Put whole heart into it.
• Follow His directions in that worship.
• Worship should edify us as Christians. I
  Corinthians 14
• It should touch the hearts of the unsaved.
• But primarily about glorifying God.

The Great Invitation

• You will find rest to your soul.
