• This Canadian business recently had its 25th
  birthday in 2006.
• Alexs journey in the international scene started
  in Africa back in 1998. Its first retreading
  plant was born in Conakry, the capital of
  Guinea.
• Alex Canada later acquired key financial partners
  which included a venture capital company
  (www.fodexcapital.com) and this allowed us to
  consider a more massive expansion.
• At this point, experienced collaborators in
  marketing and management completed the team. An
  expansion strategy for the whole of Africa was
  put in place and the team went full throttle.
  This was back in 2004.
• Today, partnerships in Senegal and Angola have
  been added to the initial partnership in Guinea
  and the process of implementation is going
  strongly. We will be seeing new plants in the
  near future.
• We plan to open at least 3 Plants a year for the
  upcoming years.
• Our targeted markets are North and Western
  Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.

• Alex is looking for a partner (or a group of
  partners) who will have the management skills and
  the required capital for this new venture.
• Alex will invest over 255,000 in the capital and
  its know-how to create this new Retreading Plant
  adapted to the needs of the country.
• Alex provides a turn-key solution setup and
  adjustment of the equipment and machinery and
  training of the production and sale personnel.
• The partner invests 245,000 in the Project
  estimated at 1,900,000 US
• Alex takes care of the preparation of the
  Business Plan.
• Financial institutions and Company suppliers will
  complete the remaining financing requirements of
  1,400,000 as coordinated by Alex.
• Profits will be divided pro rata based on capital
• Return on investment in less than 3 years.
