• - To be an officer, you must have a college
  education.
• There are over 150 career choices.
• LRAFB provided many of the C-130s that carried
  supplies to troops in Iraq.

Navy
USS Arkansas

• Some of the ships in the Navy are submarines.
  They go under the water to gather information.
• They patrol the worlds oceans.
• USS Arkansas was a 26,000 ton battleship which
  protected the US from 1912 to 1946.

Marine
Semper Fidelis

• Marines protect us in the air, on the land, and
  at sea.
• Their three core values are honor, courage, and
  commitment.
• The Marines have defended our country since
  before the Continental Congress approved the
  Declaration of Independence.

Baker

• People study culinary arts when they want to
  become a baker.
• Pastry bakers get up in the middle of the night
  to prepare items for breakfast.
• Bakers work in restaurants, hotels, on cruise
  ships, at the Arkansas Governors Mansion. Some
  even own their own businesses.

Construction Worker

• They build things and drive big machines.
• They learn as they work. They practice using
  tools. Some go to special schools.
• They wear special equipment.
