ELIGIBILITY
  • Requires all growers regardless of size to

  • (A) Vegetative Buffer 100 foot setback with a
    35 ft wide vegetated buffer or
  • (B) Alternative Practice May demonstrate that
    a setback or buffer is not necessary
  • because of alternative conservation
    practices or field-specific conditions will
    provide pollutant reductions equivalent or
    better than the 100-foot setback.

    petitioners, and frequency of occurrence as
    confirmed by MDEQ

  • Remember When you deliver litter you are
    still responsible for the litter. If you
  • place or spread litter where it can pollute
    the water then you are responsible for
  • the discharge.

or any single container greater than 660 gallons.
