Kindergarten Program

• Full day
• 1 hour of specials daily
• ILA (Integrated Language Arts)
• Math
• Recess
• Learning through play and small groups

Attendance

• Students need to be in their seats by 835 to
  avoid being marked tardy
• If your child is absent a note must be sent in
  when your child returns - if a note is not
  received the absence will be marked as unverified
  and is coded as UNLAWFUL
• Students who leave prior to 305 will be marked
  tardy in the PM

Transportation

• You are highly encouraged to put your child on
  the bus daily
• Check local paper for bus routes and times
• If you drop your child off they may arrive
  between 810 and 835
• Changes to normal transportation-send in a note
  to the office

Lunches

• Lunch Guests (avoid first two weeks of school
  please)
• Cost is 2.00
• If at all possible please purchase lunches
  through prepay lunch program

Green School

• Recycling bin on parking lot is for paper only
• REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE
• Help reduce waste by sending lunch items in
  plastic containers instead of baggies and by
  sending reusable plastic ware to eat with
• Garden projects
