• We run a Christian Educational Organisation made
  up of Dansol Tutorial Center, Dansol High School
  and Dansol Nursery/Primary School.

PASSION

• What drove me into running a school was passion.
• A burning desire to start a quality school
• Passion gave birth to the vision and the vision
  dictates the way we do things, which is the
  mission of Dansol.

• We are in to Christian Education and we have
  remained so.
• Our values culminate into moral values and
  discipline.

• Letters of appointment and condition of service
  were given.
• Salary scale was set up.
• Good working relationship with staff.
• Paying fair salaries, and on time.
• Good relationship with parents and students.
• Links with individuals and organisations like
  ACSI and APPS
• Obey the law of the land. Pay dues and taxes.

CONCLUSION

• I guess the reason I stand here to share my
  experience with you is to encourage the women
  entrepreneurs in this meeting to succeed. The
  major points that I have shared are passion,
  focus, discipline especially with time and money,
  diligence and above all total dependence on God
  through prayer.
