- Operational issues.
- Develop the SEEBRIG DRO Concept
- Review the MPFSEE Decision Making and Force
Generation Process and prepare recommendations
that will enable ETF to rapidly respond to DRO - Direct its efforts to the existing ETF structure
and equipment taking in consideration the lack of
command and control organization, CIS and signal
unit and logistic support and try to find
solutions to make it practical and efficient.

- Administrative and logistic issues.
- Identify the requirements for
- DRO related logistic and financial issues beyond
the responsibilities of HQ SEEBRIG. - HN (HN of Permanent HQ) support given to CEC
during DRO. - Provide HQ SEEBRIG with basic inputs or
guidelines for developing Generic MOU and TAs for
DRO.

- Legal issues.
- If directed by the PMSC, draft an Additional
Protocol to the MPFSEE Agreement regarding ETF
involvement in DRO. - Clarify the border crossing and customs
procedures, visa requirements and Status of
Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements for the
units during DRO. - Identify the differences related to ROEs
(National, SEEBRIG and Leading Organization) to
assist the development of COMSEEBRIGs proposed
ROEs for DRO to PMSC.

be involved in DRO accordingly. - Increase their participation in exercises and
training to increase their readiness for DRO. - Improve the medical support capabilities of the
allocated units. - Participate in SEDROWG meeting as required.
