Background

• What is the Trevithick Trail?
• 9 mile route taken by Richard Trevithicks steam
  locomotive
• First steam engine in the world to successfully
  travel on rails
• MTCBC secured funding (via WEFO) to enhance the
  route.
• New pathways, signage, information points,
  marketing etc.
• The original bid made no allowances for artwork
