6 The goal of EUREMA?
Todays young Europeans has a great desire to
work and live outside their own country. Their
country boarders are not a limit to them. It is
of utmost interest to found an education module,
training retail managers to be able to work
anywhere within the European Union or at a
foreign retail company in his or her own
country. EUREMA will be an e-learning module
available to European retail managers as an add
on to their existing skill or education The
content will be developed by the partners in this
project.
7 What are we going to do?
- The activities in the project are described as
workpackages (WP). - Most workpackages starts with a meeting.
- Every wp has a planned duration time and a
subject to focus on.
8The partner role
- EUREMA has three kinds of partners
- 1. Country coordinators
- Carry out surveys, communicate with local retail
companies, represent their countrys retail
industry, participate in developing the product.
Participate in the valorization - 2. Retail partners Participate in surveys,
contribute with knowledge and opinions, test the
betaproduct and the final product. - 3. Experts Support the work and act as sounding
board, participate in the validation and the
valorization.
