Click on Student Self-Service

Click on Student Center
4Your Class Schedule
To make changes or enroll for the first time,
click on Enroll
If you have enrolled in classes for the semester,
they will be displayed here
5Adding a ClassSelect a Term
Use the tabs to switch to any of the enrollment
functions
Then, click CONTINUE
Select the term for which you would like to enroll
6Adding a ClassSearch or Enter Class Number
If you know the 4 digit class number, enter it
here
If you need to find a class, select Class
Search and click search
7Searching for Classes
Select a course subject from the dropdown menu

If you know the Course number, enter it
here Example enter 365 to see SOC 365 Or leave
it blank to see all undergraduate sociology
courses
You can select graduate, law, non-credit or
consortium courses through this dropdown menu
Click SEARCH
9Search Results
All undergraduate Sociology Classes will be
displayed
Click show all to display all the classes for
which you are already registered
Note The class status of Open, Closed, or Wait
List displays as an icon on each class listing
10Select Class from List
Scroll through list of classes, and when you find
the one you want, click on select class
11Adding a Class Step 1 - Enrollment Preferences
If you want to be added to the wait list in the
event that the class is full, check this box
Click NEXT
12Adding a Class Shopping Cart
You are not enrolled until all three steps have
been done!!!
If you would like to add additional classes,
enter the class number or search for more classes
If theres a course in your cart that you do not
want to add, click the delete icon
SOC 365 has been added to your shopping cart
13Adding a ClassStep 2 Confirm Classes
If you are sure you want to add these classes,
click FINISH ENROLLING to complete the
transaction
Make sure that these are the classes you want.
If not, click previous to add different classes,
or cancel to exit without adding these classes
14Adding a Class Step 3 View Results
Be sure to check the status column to see whether
the transaction was successful
The green check mark indicates that you are
successfully enrolled in the class
The red X indicates that you were unable to
enroll in the class check the message column for
the reason
You can look at your class schedule, or add
another class
15Class Schedule List View
You can view your schedule in a list, or switch
to a weekly calendar view
You can filter the list to display dropped or
waitlisted classes. Uncheck these boxes and
click on the filter button to see only the
classes for which you are currently registered.
16Class Schedule Weekly View
Note dates and change to previous or next week as
desired
Dates and start and end time can be adjusted
then click refresh calendar
Days of the week, AM/PM, class titles and
instructor names can be checked or unchecked
then click refresh calendar
17Dropping a Class
Select the term for which you would like to drop
a class
Use the tabs to switch to any of the enrollment
functions
Then, click CONTINUE

The list of classes in which you are registered
will be displayed
Select one or more classes to drop by checking
the box
19Dropping a ClassStep 2 Confirm your selection
Make sure that this is the class you want to
drop. If it is, then click on FINISH DROPPING
20Dropping a Class Step 3 View Results
A red X will appear if you were unable to drop
the class click Fix Errors to make changes
Be sure to check the status column to see whether
the transaction was successful
The green check mark indicates that you have
successfully dropped the class
Click to view your current class schedule
