TIMELY AND USEFUL FEEDBACK
  • Useful feedback
  • You dont have to write a novel, however, let
them know that you read their assignments and
give them hints to improve future submissions

Hi Matthew, please read my feedback below Q1.
Trust is an issue however it's been proved many
times that not always employees demonstrate good
judgment. The real reason behind not adopting a
policy is mostly due to the difficulty to enforce
it given the size of MS it could be very
disruptive for the company's operations. I agree
with you that it might hinder their "very open"
communications style, therefore, reducing
employees' productivity 0.75 Q2. I agree,
companies that haven't exhibited acceptable
levels of due diligence in this matter can be
held liable therefore having and enforcing a
policy would reduce the liability risks. 1.25 Q3.
While the employees are using the company's
hardware and software, the company has the right
to monitor all their Internet activity. 1.00 Q4.
Good! 1.25

TIMELY AND USEFUL FEEDBACK
  • The power of recognition
  • Some people think that recognition is even more
    powerful than sex

thoughts in writing in front of a group, she or
he expects their effort to be recognized,
especially if it is clearly above average.
  • Identify those that will keep your community
    alive and motivate them.
  • People like to be heard
  • Many postings finish inviting others to share
    their points of view.
