A FEW REMINDERS

The world is changing and learning resources need
to adapt as they have always done!!  Perhaps
the least understood and least appreciated notion
among those who design and deliver education
today is the fact that our students have changed

So what is different?       Very little,
good learning resources have always responded to
different learning styles and different learning
situations.      Perhaps others are being
distracted by the speed and fanfare of new cure
all ideas in the training world?
REFLECTION

We must not forget the basic rules of
teaching and developing learning resources.
We must recognise changes to the
learners.       We must leverage new delivery
opportunities to improve and excite
our learners.      But above all we MUST
APPLY THE RIGHT SOLUTION (there is no universal
right or wrong way)
