What is the Fox Valley Project?

• National Writing Project affiliated
• 200 sites in the U.S.
• For pre-K to post-secondary teachers
• The goal is to improve literary skills for
  students and teachers

The Summer Institute
I am a theater instructor.
I teach pre-kindergarten.

• 6 graduate credits
• A four-week class from mid June to early July,
  meeting Monday Thursday
• Not just for Language Arts teachers. All
  teachers can participate!

How do I apply?

• Fill out the application.
• fvwp.uwosh.edu
• Make sure your administrator signs it and
  provides a statement of support.
• Submit a two-page, typed, double-spaced statement
  of your experience as a teacher and writer.
