Requirements and Conditions

• The above information is not a complete
  finalising of any services paid for. More an
  agreement will be made of the absolute
  specifications and requirements of each piece of
  a construction plan type above after consultative
  meetings where discussion of the suitability and
  planning of the proposed sites material will be
  made for integration to the site type requested.
• The imaging for the site is for appearance
  branding and placement of required images
  specific to both the sites theme and associate
  text information. An absolute graphic art
  presentation is not the intent. Graphic art at
  the level of critical judgement beyond branding
  and fitting/optimising is not supplied in these
  packages but extra minor imaging can be discussed
  for suitability to be supplied.

• The MySQL database for the Deluxe catalogue site
  is for the product/item references and supply of
  information to the html page templates of each
  presented product/item.
• e.g. Product name , ID serial number , model ,
  brand
• It will require a quantity of discussion
  before committing its layout to determine any
  nominal extra data entry classifications
  p/product entry.
• e.g. Available stock qty. , batch number , use
  by date , date/time of acquisition e.t.c.
• A shopping cart system and Ecommerce site
  preparation are not supplied with any of the
  sites but may be requested for extra added fee.
  Note that actual final joint to banking
  databases require security experts and is beyond
  the scope of this service because of insurance
  constraints relating sensitive security data.
• A company such as http//www.verisign.com.
  au/ will be able to determine best methods to
  supply and commit financial institution
  interfacing for Ecommerce verification and
  economic transaction.

• Pricing Scheme
• The pricing above does not include web
  site hosting . Site hosting often costs around
  200(AUS) to 400(AUS) for around 100 to 200 Mega
  Bytes of space with CGI language services and
  (dependently on the provider) with a (usually
  MySQL) database.
• Neither does it include the cost of Ecommerce
  integration design, but that should not be too
  difficult for any of the systems that are
  available to add-in or build, such as PAYPAL or
  construction of a cart page and chooser link to
  collect a customers choices.
• The product chooser link and element space will
  be present (but not viewable or useable) with the
  Deluxe or Standard Catalogue Website package
  system on a catalogue HTML template page.
• The price does include the publishing of the
  initially agreed data to the website and their
  working integration of the packages CGI scripts.
