with trucks to Turkey for the Grand Prix 2005.

5SERVICES
- Booked spaces and priority on loadings
- Trucks sent to Istanbul on the first week of
august will be stored for 10 days in a secure
compound free of charges - customs operations under ATA Carnets

- booking of hotel for drivers (additional charge
for room) - raising ATA carnets (quoted on request)

7SPACES OUTBOUND INBOUND
- Pre book space for departure 60 days before
sailing. For the departure we have spaces booked
but these are limited and it is necessary to know
your requirements before. Changes accepted 14
days before the departure (if there is the
availability and possibility). Unforseen delays
on the arrival at the port for the departure,
will give you priority on the next loading
(following necessities of shipowner). - return spaces guaranteed only as per the
following, exclusively for our clients - 20\8\05 h.2100 max 15 units
- 21\8\05 h.2100 max 65 units
- 22\8\05 h.2100 max 60 units
- Remaining trucks on vessels of 24th August
- We dedicate 20th August for the support events
(porsche, GP2). The 21st August will have
priority for Formula 1. We have availability for
65 units but arrival at the Istanbul port for the
departure must be before h 1900. If well have
more availability we will comunicate this to our
customers to anticipate the departure.Our staff
will be at your disposal 24/7 at Trieste and
Istanbul.
8CUSTOM
- our company will provide for all customs
operations for the carnets in/out Italy and in
/out Turkey, 24/7 in that period. We will work
with our customs agent who are based in the
customs terminal. - we need to know your custom necessities in
advance. We suggest to use Carnet ATA and our
overseas offices are at your disposal for issuing
urgent Carnets at a discounted rate.
9PASSENGERS, AIR TRAVELS, HOTEL
- We can provide to you a departure of your
personel concurrently with the departure of the
trucks and the connection with shuttles to the
airport and the port. - We have contacts with specialized agencies for
hotel accomodation for your travelling staff . - Please advise your necessities 60 days before the
event. - under maritime law, the shipowners allowed only
6/7 persons on board of the vessel that will be
decided with the security personel on board. This
is normally not permitted. - Passengers would not be allowed to enter the hold
during the trip from Trieste to Istanbul.

12PAYMENTS
- payment have to done 15 days before the departure
