- Investment Objective The investment objective of
the scheme is to generate long-term capital
appreciation by investing in a portfolio of
open-ended diversified equity schemes of mutual
funds registered with SEBI. - Asset Allocation - 90-100 in equity schemes of
mutual funds 0-10 in money market instruments - Terms of Issue The scheme is an open-ended fund
of funds scheme offering Growth, and Dividend
\Plans. The units can be subscribed /redeemed at
the applicable NAV, subject to applicable load,
on all business days during the continuous offer.

has been constituted as a Trust under the Indian

may go up or down depending upon the factors and
forces affecting the securities markets and there

expected performance of the scheme. - Quantum Equity Fund of Funds is the name of the
scheme and does not in any manner indicate either
the quality of the Scheme, its future prospects

fund of funds (FOF) scheme being launched by the
AMC. The AMC has no previous experience in
managing FOF schemes. The scheme proposes to
invest predominantly in the diversified equity
schemes of Mutual Funds, registered with SEBI.

the performance of the underlying schemes. Any
change in the investment policies or the
