• Raise premiums 9 (retired faculty 11)
• Co Pays 60 increase
• Out of Pocket Maximums 66.6
• ACF wants Change the Board of Governors
• 3 faculty on WVU and Marshall (out of 16)
• 2 faculty on all others (out of 12)
• Ethics! i.e. No BoG or family member should make
