Beginning of 4th grade...
Hello, girls! Its good to you going out for
percussion, there are not many girls that try out
for it.

First full rehearsal...
Okay, everyone settle down. Welcome. Lets get
started.

Thank you all for a wonderful year, you all did
very well and improved a lot in your playing
abilities. Unfortunately, I will be leaving at
the end of the year and you will be getting a
different director.
Im moving and will be teaching at another school
district.
End of 5th grade...
I wish you all the best in the years to come.

Beginning of 6th grade...
I wonder who our new band director is going to be.
Yeah, I hope so too.
Yeah, I know. I hope they are as nice as our
last director.

Good morning everyone. Im your new band
director. I hope you are all ready for an
exciting year.
This is going to be an interesting year. I just
hope its going to be as much fun as the last two
years.
Yeah, I hope so too, but I dont think it will be
that bad, we should still have fun.

End of 6th grade...
Thank you all for a great year. Im sorry to
have to tell you this, but I will be leaving to
go to another school district after this year.
Well, I guess we will have to hope that our new
director is as much fun as our past ones.
Yeah, I guess thats all we can hope for.

Quiet down everyone. Welcome to another great
year. I hope this year will be fun.
Well, I think this year will be very different
then the last few.
I hope hes nice and that we have a lot of fun.

End of 8th grade...
Okay, everyone, please quiet down. Thank you for
another great year. To our 8th graders, thank
you for your hard work over the past years, were
going to miss you.
Im glad these past coupe of years are over.
Next year should be better with a different
director.
Yeah, I guess it really cant be any worse can it?
I hope not.

4th of July...
Thank you all for a great job during the parade.
Im sorry to tell all of you that I will no
longer be the band director next year.
Im glad thats over. It was way too hot today.
Yeah, it was. At least next year we should have
more fun then weve had the last couple of years.
Well, that would figure. Lets hope the new
director is nice.

Freshman year...
Welcome, everyone. I hope this year is going to
be a lot of fun. Ive picked out some great
songs for marching this year, and I hope you all
have a great year.
Yeah, no kidding, I dont think I could put up
with how it was last year.
I cant wait to meet our new director. He better
be nice.

End of Senior year...
Thanks for a great few year. You all have come
very far musically as well as in other areas.
You guys will be my freshmen, thanks again for
everything.
We all have to keep in touch throughout college,
I cant believe we arent going to be together
anymore.
I cant believe that high school is over already.
I know, it seems like we just got here.
