Measuring Complex Aptitudes

• The Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS)
  shall be A task based system with access to
  training and other support information
• The EPSS shall be capable of displaying data /
  content authored at varying levels of granularity
• The EPSS shall be capable of re-using content
  objects according to rules determined by content
  authors.
• The EPSS shall have a training mode delivery of
  content structured for classroom/study situations
