• Option 2 Per Diem 45.00 per hour
• (paid after service delivery)
• Half Day Program 2,500 per month (average)
• Full Day Program 5,000 per month (average)

Payment and Funding Options

• Cash, check or major credit card (Parents pay out
  of pocket)
• Public Schools
• Several Pikes Peak region schools pay for
  children to attend Alpine Autism Center via
  contract
• Placement at Alpine is determined through IEP
  process
• Transportation to and from Alpine can be included
  as a related service

• TRICARE coverage of ABA therapy
• Covered as a special education service under the
  Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) Autism
  Demonstration Project
• Available to active duty only at this time,
  requires enrollment in EFMP and doctors order
  (Rx) for ABA therapy
• Covers up to 2,500 per month (half day program,
  about 57 hours of therapy per month)
• Services can be coordinated with public school
  (child attends half day Alpine, half day included
  public school), outlined in IEP
• Parents responsible for monthly co-pay (25-65)

• Childrens Extensive Support Waiver (CES)
• Covers up to three hours per day of behavioral
  therapy (half day program, about 2,500 per
  month)
• Autism Waiver

  apply for these programs (not income based)
