Management Reports Purpose Allows
maintenance and supply personnel to generate
reports of all MAF generated discrepancies,
operational capability of SE, work center
production and workload, and forced removal
items. Supply supervisors/ managers will utilize
these reports in their day-to-day operations.

4HARDCOPY OUTPUT (REPORT)
Three sections 1. Cover
Page (a.k.a. Routing Page) contains title of
report, org code, w/c, originators name, run
information, report date and time. 2. Body
contain the actual report data. 3. Summary
Provides the status of the report run (ie.
successful completion, aborted, complete with
errors..) For Month-End Reports, this area will
also contain records look at, records updated,
and errors encountered.

Engine Cost Accounting Calculates cost data
gathered from maintenance and supply history
records for a specific Air Station. Provides
engine SERNO data and average cost data for each
type engine by COG. A grand total is also
provided by COG for engines RFIs and BCMd.
Turn Around Time This report is requested by
entering the desired From and To dates. The
report may be requested as a Summary or a
Detailed Report. The Summary report may be
sorted by HOF NIIN, FGC, or SMIC. The Detailed
report has the sort option of NIIN or Part Number.

Expert mode enables you to select from Tables in
the database and columns representing the data
elements. Users who are more familiar with the
structure of the database tables (schema)
would typically use Expert Mode to create
queries. The user determines and creates table
links in expert mode. A broad understanding of
the schema and the SQL will help a user to
successfully attain the intended results.
