    re-ordering lab supplies to make sure that the
    product is available for customers
  • The photo-lab should be clean, neat organized
    at all times

The plan
  • Have meeting with photo lab staff to explain
    initiatives to clarify their role in my project
    during meeting I will emphasize the importance of
    customer service as it relates to then and
    overall. Sales and the importance of suggestive
    sales how it benefits them and the store.
  • Establish list of promotional add-on items for
    the specialist to refer to daily to increase
    suggestive sales.
  • Inform customers of online ordering.
  • Check for specialist PMs daily offer
    encouragement support to staff to increase
    suggestive selling.
  • Check 1 hour on-time reports daily
  • Check photo-lab at the end of every shift to
    ensure it is clean, neat and organized.

What I learned from the project
  • There is a strong link to suggestive sales
    customer service.
  • The more satisfied customers are, the more they
    are willing to spend time on extra services we
    offer.
