- Teachers, lecturers, employers, fellow workers
and fellow students have lack of information
about hearing impaired people, their special
needs and specialities - They are afraid that they are not able to
communicate with hearing impaired people - They are afraid that working is dangerous for
hearing impaired people because they dont hear

- They dont know how easy it is to communicate
with deaf people (lipreading, pen and paper,
mobile phone, sending SMS to the deaf, fax, using
e-mail etc.) - Insufficient financing and offering of support
services (social worker, individual assistant,
psychologist) and not understanding the need of
it
