National Core Group
  • The NCG, the acting body of the NPT, will
    receive guidance for their work from the NPT
  • The work of the NCG will be based on the input
    from the visiting PG consultants (six, four-day
    consultations over a period of about 18 months),
    and additional relevant national resources.

    different textbooks in the curriculum - into 4
    Special sub-teams and 1 General team.

Method
  • DE focuses
  • on the relation between students and the teaching
    material, instead of the classical teacher gives
    the lecture and students listen it approach.
  • DE makes possible
  • Learning individually on ones free time and
    adjust to students individual tempo.

Structure
  • Introduction (Goal and target group, learning
    guide)
  • General Modul (the same basic knowledge, equal in
    each textbook, on drug policies, legislation,
    pharmacology and toxicology)
  • Special Modules (specialities for the 4 different
    medical teams in 4 textbooks)
  • Multimedia background material on CD (literature,
    interviews, pictures, etc.)

II. ORGANISATION OF TRAINING
  • 1 year piloting of each textbooks in relevant
    student groups
  • Individual learning, student groups, tutorial
    meetings
  • Writing tests 3 times during studies, written and
    verbal examination at the end
  • Tutors in pilot phase will be the authors

  • Evaluation of the knowledge gained by tests and
    examination
  • Evaluation of the impact on the daily work of the
    different medical specialists
