- . Fill in Sign the Disclaimer and bring it
to the SP (will be sent to leaders before the
event in early Nov) - . Collect the Disclaimer at the counter if you
dont have a copy - . Collect and fill in the Change of Team Member
Form if necessary
5- For both Disclaimer and Change of Member Form,
ensure names match correctly with A (the leader),
B, C, D

- Must report your withdrawal to the organiser

transport - If two members of a team have withdrawn, the
other two members will not be allowed to continue
until they have joined up with another team - Once withdrawal is registered,
- no re-entry is accepted
