  • Scans and converts documents to PDF
  • Provides color printing of graphs and tables,
    etc.
  • Finalizes all electronic and paper submissions

Proposal-to-Project Phase
  • Award Letter or Purchase Order signals that a
    proposal is funded and a project can begin
  • The OSR then
  • Opens an account with the Business Office
  • Begins a file to hold all documentation for the
    life of the project
  • Sets up the budget
  • Notifies PI that work can begin
  • Sets up PDA account for PI
