Intermediary Relending Program

• Loans provided to intermediaries (local
  economic/community development organizations) who
  then re-lend funds to local business
• Eligible projects include business
  acquisition/conversion, working capital, purchase
  of land and buildings
• Limits 2 million first time, 1 million
  thereafter
• 750K to Delaware County IDA in 2007

Rural Business Enterprise Grants

• Facilitate development of small and emerging
  businesses
• Public bodies and nonprofits in areas of 50,000
  and less are eligible
• Smaller projects given priority 75K to 99K
  normal award
• Town of Shelby, 199K RBEG for road repair in 07
  Provided more than 950K statewide in RBEG funding
