Main task for SmartCar

• Construct an autonomous vehicle using LEGO
  Mindstorms such that it follows a given path
  using information from wheel encoders.

Sub Tasks

• Build two different cars and compare their
  performance.
• Carry out a series of tests in order to evalaute
  the performance during turns, etc.
• Investigate if the requirements can be met by
  using only time measurments.
