Create Student Account

• Log-on to the Global EDGE Website at
  http//ftp.ccccd.edu/globaledge/ then click on
  Registration or log directly on to the CATEMA
  system at https//www.catema.net/globaledge
• Click on New Students then Create Account
• Complete information then click on submit
• Write down your username and password

When enrolling in a Tech Prep course you need to
be sure to click to the Yes answer on this
question.
Student ID must be 9 digits long. If your ID
has less than 9 digits then add 0s to the
beginning of your school ID .

Enroll in Classes

• Log-on to the registration site
• At the Student Task menu choose add class
  enrollment
• Complete information for the class you are
  enrolling for by clicking the dropdowns then
  click submit
• (see example next slide)

Review your TP Classes

• You can review and print a copy of the Tech Prep
  courses you have taken in school
• First login to the CATEMA system
• At the student task menu click on view/print
  courses
• (see next slide for example)

• Below is an example of the printout you will
  receive
• The Credit Status column will show Pending if
  you have not been approved by your teacher, it
  will show Approved if you have been accepted
  into the class, and it will show Recommend
  Credit if you have completed the course and
  passed with a grade of 80 or above.

Note To receive Tech Prep credit you must
enroll in Collin College and declare a Associate
Degree major.
