  • You must know about the different parts and what
    each one does.
  • You must know how to work with electronic
    equipment.
  • You must be able to understand computer and book
    based manuals.

Working Conditions
  • You will have to work mainly inside a building.
  • You have to left heavy objects such as boxes or
    tools and heavy parts.
  • Workers my get minor injuries such as cuts,
    burns, and bruises are common.

Regular Schooling
  • You must have good reading, math, and computer
    skills.
  • You must study manuals to improve your knowledge
    of cars.
  • You must have mechanical skills and have
    knowledge on how a car works.

  • Training programs usually last about six months
    to a year.

  • All in all, being an auto mechanic sounds fun at
    first, but in the end its hard work. It takes
    lots of practice and penchants also to be a
    mechanic. Finally, once you have do enough, you
    will be able to fix anything you put your mind to.

  • Being a mechanic allows you to learn how to fix
    other things such as pipes, a.c.s, and other
    things that would need fixing.
