- Will be Consensus
- When a groups dynamics meets consensus
requirements will be default decision model - When agenda items explicitly define decision for
work group as consensus - Assume that not all discussion threads and
decisions can be predetermined.
- Will not be Consensus
- Any decision where schedule does not afford
consensus building - When a group cannot meet consensus requirements -
will default to Consultative - When a consensus decision does not support the
project goals and principles for the state data
center.
