AUTO EXEMPTION

• Legal Base Decree No. 9 dated June 24, 1987.
• Requirements
• Pensionado Visa ID card copy.
• Passport copy.
• Letter that certifies the retired condition,
  signed by the consulate of the country of origin.
  If the letter is in English it must be
  translated to Spanish and signed by an authorized
  translator.
• If a U.S. citizen, you must request the letter in
  the American Consulate written in Spanish and
  signed by the Consul or Vice Consul.
