Manual BEFORE operating your Leveling System.
Instructions may vary slightly from coach to
coach. Read CAUTIONS and PROCEDURES carefully.

2 LEVELING PROCEDURES Computerized Leveling
System FEATURING Straight-Acting Jacks and
Suspension Dump
HWH 625 SINGLE STEP
3AUTO LEVEL
With the vehicle parked, the park brake set and
the vehicle ignition in the ACC position
4AUTO LEVEL
No more than two level low indicator lights may
be on.
5AUTO LEVEL
For this scenario, we will leave the RIGHT
SIDE and FRONT END level low lights on.
6AUTO LEVEL
Press and release the AUTO LEVEL button one
time the Auto Level light will begin flashing.
7AUTO LEVEL
For approximately 25 seconds air will be dumped
from the vehicle suspension.
8AUTO LEVEL
With the suspension dumped, the system will look
for yellow lights.
9AUTO LEVEL
A SIDE light will be recognized before a FRONT or
REAR light.
10AUTO LEVEL
This yellow light indicates that the right side
of the vehicle is low.
11AUTO LEVEL
The right side jacks will extend. As the jacks
extend their (red) WARNING lights will come on.
12AUTO LEVEL
The TRAVEL MODE light will go out when any jack
WARNING light comes on.
13AUTO LEVEL
The right side jacks will continue to extend
until the right side yellow light goes out.
14AUTO LEVEL
In this scenario the front yellow light is still
on.
15AUTO LEVEL
Both front jacks will extend to raise the front
of the vehicle. The left front jacks (red)
WARNING light will come on.
16AUTO LEVEL
As the front jacks extend the front of
the vehicle will raise and the front yellow light
will go out.
17STABILIZE
With no yellow lights on, the vehicle is
level. The system will now stabilize the vehicle
by extending any remaining jacks.
18STABILIZE
In this scenario the left rear jack will
extend. Its (red) WARNING light will come on.
19STABILIZE
The jack will continue to extend until it
is seated firmly on the ground.
20STABILIZE
With the vehicle level and stabile the
system will shut down.

22MANUAL OPERATIONS
23MANUAL LEVEL
With the vehicle parked, the park brake set and
the vehicle ignition in the Accessory
position, the TRAVEL MODE light will be on.
24MANUAL LEVEL
Press and hold the MANUAL DUMP button until all
air is exhausted from the suspension system.
25MANUAL LEVEL
No more than two level low indicator lights may
be on.
26MANUAL LEVEL
For this scenario, we will leave the LEFT
SIDE and FRONT END level low lights on.
27MANUAL LEVEL
Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the side
(yellow) light that is on.
28MANUAL LEVEL
As you hold the UP ARROW the left side jacks
will extend. As the jacks extend their (red)
WARNING lights will come on.
29MANUAL LEVEL
Release the UP ARROW when the left side yellow
light goes out.
30MANUAL LEVEL
In this scenario the front yellow light is still
on.
31MANUAL LEVEL
Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the front
(yellow) light.
32MANUAL LEVEL
Both front jacks will extend to raise the front
of the vehicle. The right front jacks (red)
WARNING light will come on.
33MANUAL LEVEL
As the front jacks extend the front of
the vehicle will raise. Release the UP ARROW
when the front end yellow light goes out.
34MANUAL LEVEL
With no yellow lights on, the vehicle is
level. Stabilize the vehicle by extending
any remaining jacks.
35STABILIZE
Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the rear
of the coach symbol.
36STABILIZE
The right rear jacks (red) WARNING light will
come on.
37STABILIZE
Release the button when the right rear jack has
reached the ground and slightly lifted the
vehicle.
38STABILIZE
With the vehicle level and stabile turning
the vehicle ignition key to OFF will turn
the touch panel off.
39FINISHED
