Helvar Merca Group

• Helvar Merca Group is engaged in international
  industrial operations. The main companies of the
  Group are Helvar, a manufacturer of lighting
  control electronics, and Fastems, a specialist in
  factory automation systems. Both companies rank
  among the leaders in their field in Europe.

Mercantile Group

• The Mercantile Group specialises in technical
  trade in Finland and Estonia. The Group has three
  subsidiaries. In Finland, Mercantile trades in
  industrial supplies and fire safety products,
  whereas Örum is a wholesaler of automotive spare
  parts and accessories. In Estonia, Mercantile
  Group AS is engaged in technical trade
  distribution.

  complex audio-visual solutions. An important part
  of the business is systems maintenance and
  service. The three main companies in the Group
  are Electrosonic Limited in England, Electrosonic
  systems, Inc. in the United States and Lightinen
  Oy in Finland.
