annually in the last ten years. - Worship attendance has increased 4 annually in
the last ten years. - In 10 years there have been 439 baptisms but only
a net increase of 45 in Sunday School attendance.

- Lack of children and youth space.
- More in worship than SS and high baptisms with no
retention. - Long-term growth of the church is limited by
available land. - Parking usage needs attention as well as greeter
ministry.

- Relocate the church.
- Adjust the usage of education space.
- Focus resources toward Sunday School improvement.
- Weekly contacts/ministry
- More involvement in outreach
